Born and raised in New Jersey to a creative family, I currently call Northern California my home. I earned a BFA with a Graphic Design Specialization from The College of New Jersey and spent over 10 years in the Graphic Design field. My true love, though, has always been painting. I am a mother of teenage twins, one of whom has special needs, and I am a full-time caretaker for her. Being an artist is an identity I cling to as it's one of the only parts of my identity that belongs only to myself. My practice is meditative for me and it helps me to honor myself in a life that feels otherwise dedicated to others.
